The cost of ink in the Stamps system is the cost of your regular ink-jet printer ink, since the stamps are printed with the same ink you’d use to print anything else. Endicia also offers bundles if you also need to buy a printer or a scale. Costs: Both systems are within a similar monthly cost range (Stamps 15.99, Pitney Bowes 19.99). I don't know if the supplies cost $$$, but we have labels (to print the postage on in case we're sending a box and can't stick the box into the machine) and ink. These plans each come with many different features that are explained in depth, so you know exactly what you are getting. The machine we have also tells you how many pieces you sent out. It's kinda cool because when you run out, you know what it is you spent. When we do our refills as work we usually just do $100 at a time.
